Macarons

Macarons are small French sandwich cookies with a light, crisp shell made from almond flour, sugar, and egg whites, filled with smooth ganache or buttercream. 

Ours feature Signature flavors like Vanilla, Strawberry, Champagne, Birthday Cake, and Cookies N Cream, plus rotating seasonal flavors, so you always have something new to try. All are gluten free except for Cookies N Cream flavor.

Macarons are different from macaroons. Macarons use almond flour and have a smooth, colorful shell with a soft filling. Macaroons use shredded coconut and bake into a dense, chewy mound-style cookie.
