Please note that the $19 discount for in-store bakery purchases is valid at our bakery location in Broadview Heights only and cannot be combined with savings or promotions from online orders. It also cannot be used to purchase additional wine or gift cards. This benefit expires if not redeemed each month.

FAQ
Customers can sign up for a membership online on our website anytime. You can sign up for the membership at the winery using your smartphone. Members can claim their benefits immediately after signing up.
Your benefits renew each month on your renewal date after a successful billing. Your renewal date is the date you signed up each month. (i.e., If you signed up on October 15, your renewal date would be the 15th of each month) and is when the system charges your card. If there is a billing issue, the system will try again the following day. After five days of failed billing attempts, your membership is automatically canceled.

Your monthly complimentary flight does not roll over and expires at the end of each renewal cycle. Bottles do roll over month-to-month for up to a year. After a year, bottles expire and can no longer be claimed.
If you cancel your membership and still have bottles available to pick up, you have one year to claim those bottles.
No, membership payment occurs monthly and not in a lump sum. If a customer changes the product quantity when signing up for the Wine Club, the system recognizes that as signing up for multiple memberships, and the card on file will be charged monthly for each membership.
If you want to limit how many months you are a member, we recommend purchasing a VISA gift card equivalent to the number of months you'd like to be a member and using that for your payment method.
Members can redeem their benefits at both our bakery and winery locations. Tell a staff member that you are there to pick up your membership benefits, and they will assist you. Be prepared to show your ID to confirm membership if asked.
Write a complete answer to the most frequent questions that your customers might have, such as important product information, shipping policies, payment issues or returns.
Membership benefits are limited to one per paying member. In limited circumstances, spouses can redeem benefits on behalf of the paying member.

If you cannot come in person to pick up your wine bottles, we can send you your bottles at the customer's expense. Shipping is limited to Ohio addresses only, and a person over 21 must be present to sign for the package at delivery. Contact us at michaelangeloswinery@gmail.com for shipping costs and to coordinate delivery.
Terms and Conditions
You must be 21 or older to join. Enrollment must be completed online with an active credit card. Sorry, cash memberships are not accepted. Memberships have a 2-month minimum and memberships will be renewed on the same day as your enrollment day every month unless canceled in advance. You may cancel anytime after the first two months. Benefits are not transferable. Members may roll over their 2-Bottle benefit for up to one year. Unclaimed bottles after one year will expire, and the customer will not receive a refund. Complimentary wine flight or $19 bakery discount ends each month on your renewal date and cannot be accumulated. Unless noted, all offers must be obtained during regular business hours at Michael Angelo’s Winery in Richfield, Ohio or Michael Angelo's Bakery in Broadview Heights, Ohio. Wine selections are limited to the current wine list. Membership is limited to one per street address as noted on Driver’s License or state ID. These benefits and future pricing may change without advanced notice. Michael Angelo’s Winery reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or change memberships to anyone at any time.
