Our Harvest Grain Sourdough is a hearty, rustic loaf made with organic flour from Central Milling, our natural sourdough starter, sea salt, and a blend of soaked grains and seeds. The grains are soaked before baking, releasing a nutty, wholesome flavor and adding a chewy, satisfying texture.

Naturally fermented with our living starter, this bread develops deep flavor while remaining easier to digest than conventional yeast breads. With its hearty crust and grain-studded crumb, it’s a versatile loaf — perfect for sandwiches, paired with soups and salads, or simply toasted with butter.
