Our baguette is crafted in the French tradition with organic flour from Central Milling, sea salt, water, and a natural poolish preferment. This long, slender loaf is baked to a deep golden brown with a crisp, caramelized crust and a soft, airy interior. The poolish preferment adds depth of flavor and a delicate aroma without the tang of sourdough, making it light and versatile.
Perfect for sandwiches, cheese boards, bruschetta, or simply torn apart and enjoyed warm with butter or olive oil.
