Our Rye Sourdough is baked with organic dark rye flour from Central Milling, our natural sourdough starter, sea salt, and caraway seeds. Slow fermentation gives this loaf its hearty character — nutty, earthy, and tangy with a chewy crumb and aromatic crust. The natural starter not only develops rich flavor but also makes the bread easier to digest and helps your body absorb nutrients more efficiently.
With its rustic flavor and wholesome texture, this bread is perfect alongside soups, paired with cheese, or simply enjoyed with good butter.
