Our Cranberry Walnut Sourdough combines the tangy depth of natural fermentation with the sweet–tart brightness of dried cranberries and the earthy crunch of toasted walnuts. Made with organic flour from Central Milling, our living sourdough starter, and sea salt, this loaf is slow-fermented for rich flavor, natural keeping quality, and easier digestion.
The cranberries add a pop of sweetness while the walnuts bring balance with their nutty richness, creating a bread that’s as beautiful as it is delicious. Perfect for holiday boards, paired with cheeses, or simply toasted with butter.
