Turnaround Times

• A business day is any Monday through Saturday, from the time your order is placed during business hours (before 4:00 pm).
• If you order before 4:00 pm, your order will be ready for pick-up after the specified number of business days.
  • Example: An order placed Monday at 8:00 am with a 1-business-day turnaround is ready for Tuesday pick-up.
  • Example: An order placed Monday at 6:00 pm (after business hours) with a 1-business day turnaround would be ready for Wednesday pick-up.
• If you request a pick-up date sooner than our standard turnaround time and we cannot fulfill your order by then, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
• Same-day orders will be canceled and refunded. Please call to see if we can accommodate any special request.
• The bakery is closed on Sundays—these days are not counted in our turnaround times.

Please Note:

• Orders require at least 1 business day to prepare.
• Pick-up is available Monday through Saturday only. The bakery is closed on Sundays and decorators are off on Mondays.
• All Sunday orders must be picked up on Saturday.
• Orders requested sooner than 1 business day will be canceled and refunded.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming your pick-up date and time. If we have any questions, we’ll contact you.

Pick-up is at Michael Angelo’s Bakery, 8035 Broadview Road, Broadview Heights, OH 44147. We do not provide pick-ups at our winery location.

Important: You’ll be asked for shipping information at checkout, but this order is for bakery pick-up only. We do not offer shipping for this item.
