The bright one. Kenyan AA from Kirinyaga with the blackcurrant-and-grapefruit character the region is famous for, and a winey acidity that a winery can appreciate.
Grown by small farmers in Kii, Kirinyaga. AA grade, SL28 & SL34, washed, 1,300–1,900 m.
Roasted in small batches on our ROEST roaster at the winery in Richfield, Ohio, and cupped before it goes in the bag. Whole bean.
