Our Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough is a bold, flavorful twist on a classic loaf. Baked with organic flour from Central Milling, our natural sourdough starter, sea salt, sharp cheddar cheese, and fresh jalapeños, it’s slow-fermented for depth and tang. The sourdough crumb is studded with gooey pockets of cheddar cheese and just the right kick of heat from the peppers.
This bread balances tangy sourdough, rich cheddar, and spicy jalapeños for a loaf that’s as hearty as it is exciting. Perfect on its own, toasted with butter, paired with chili, or turned into the ultimate grilled cheese.
