High-grown, washed Guji at its most delicate: floral on the nose, peach in the cup, and a sweetness that lingers without heaviness. Light-medium roast to keep all of it.
Grown by 50 small farmers at Bishan Wate Station, Guji. Grade 1, washed, 1,900–2,350 m.
Roasted in small batches on our ROEST roaster at the winery in Richfield, Ohio, and cupped before it goes in the bag. Whole bean.
