Reporting to General Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure every guest experiences the unique charm and quality of our winery. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to inspire a team, we invite you to become an integral part of our winery’s story. This role requires open availabilities and flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a faced-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a sense of urgency and deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure impeccable facility cleanliness and adherence to health protocols
• Manage and adhere to opening/closing procedures
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture
• Make sure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff
• Build engaging relationships that lead to long-term, loyal guests through excellent interpersonal skills
• Monitoring team performance, assigning duties, and ensuring duties are performed efficiently
• Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to General Manager
• Ensuring compliance with Winery’s policies, health, and safety standards
• Coaching team members and training new staff
• Opening and closing registers and preparing cash deposits

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol
• 3+ years in hospitality experience (required)
• 2+ years in shift manager/lead experience (required)
• Oversee the daily operations of the team during assigned shift
• Working knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing and coaching others in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable problem-solver with strong decision-making skills and time-management skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40lbs
