Michael Angelo’s Winery is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to support our culinary team. We have part-time and full-time positions that require you to work evening weekend shifts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and value teamwork, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using both machine and manual methods.

- Keep dish area organized, clean, and free of clutter.

- Restock clean items in their proper locations.

- Remove trash and recycling, and clean trash receptacles.

- Sweep and mop kitchen floors; clean appliances and work areas.

- Assist with unloading deliveries and storing supplies.

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Support other kitchen and restaurant staff as needed.

Requirements

- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts.

- Physical stamina: able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours and lift at least 40 pounds.

- Attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail.

- Team player with good communication and time management skills.

- Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.

- No prior experience required, but previous work in a kitchen is a plus.

Shift Schedule

• Friday-Saturday: 5:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Availability Requirement: We have part-time and full-time positions that require you to work evening weekend shifts. Weekday shifts available in addition to these days.

Salary:

• Hourly range of $15 - $18/hour plus shared TIP pool distributed bi-weekly. Negotiable depending on prior work experience.
• Employee food discount of 30%.
• Shared team meals.
