We invite you to experience our newly released wines and taste of the season dishes while interacting with our culinary and winemaking team! Every sip and bite are carefully chosen by our Executive Chef Joshua and Winemaker Randy, to bring out the most varietal flavors of the food and wine. Enjoy an intimate dinner in our Cellar Room. Dinner starts at 6:30pm. Please allow 2.5 hours.

2019 Sparkling Moscato - A complimentary toast

First Course 2018 Sauvignon Blanc

Seared day boat scallops with sweet corn chowder, crispy shiitake mushrooms, poached quail egg and fried leeks.

Second Course - 2018 Zinfandel

Sous vide American waygu, horseradish butter, fried celeriac and sauce bearnaise.

Third Course  - 2018 Wildflower Cabernet Sauvignon

Wild mushroom fagottini with garden vegetable ragu. 

Fourth Course 2018 Rose

Crystal bread with rose water pudding, meringue and toasted pistachios.
